Changing of lock - Cost will not be more than the invoices amount
Late Payment of rent - Will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate in interest on the late payment, from the date the payment was missed
Failure to complete a fixed term tenancy. It is possible in extreme cases a Landlord would agree to an early surrender, but note this does not release from their tenancy responsibilities. - You will be charged the equivalent of the rent lost due to the unforeseen void period
