Original floorboards grace the Entrance Hall and Study (13'0" x 10'0"), these are also evident in all the bedrooms and main bathroom upstairs.
The Living Room (25'5" x 12'0") offers a spacious room to relax in and features a multi fuel burner with a wooden surround, to the side is a bespoke dresser styled cabinet with cupboards and open display shelving. Double doors lead into the Dining Room (19'4" x 10'9"), this certainly could host a large dining table enough for large gatherings and has an open doorway to the kitchen and sliding doors to the Conservatory (26'9" x 14'3"). This has the Wow factor and it would be hard not to be impressed with the styling and space on offer. The whole of the rear is glazed and double doors open up into the garden and the roof is glass rather than polycarbonate. A black iron spiral staircase provides a striking feature that leads you upstairs to the games room. There is a door that goes into the Double Garage (17'2" x 16'7").
The Kitchen/Breakfast Room (19'0" x 18'0") was refitted by a local firm using solid wooden bespoke cabinets that are finished with contrasting work tops and there is a Butler sink just under one of the windows that look out to garden. The range styled oven will remain. A very useful pantry is perfect for storage. To the breakfast end of the room are patio doors that take you out to the main patio.
There is a Cloakroom and a Utility Room located off the hallway.
Upstairs is the Landing with plenty of storage.
The Master Bedroom (19'2" x 19'0") is certainly spacious and has great countryside views. Leading off is the Ensuite that is fitted with a tiled shower enclosure, WC and wash basin.
Bedroom Two (12'0" x 12'0")
Bedroom Three (12'0" x 9'10")
Bedroom Four (14'7" x 6'4")
Family Bathroom is full of character with a roll top bath, high level WC, tiled shower enclosure and wash basin.
The Games Room (17'2" x 11'7") is located above the garage and is access by the spiral staircase in the conservatory.
The garden is a real delight and has mature planting, trees and shrubs that offer privacy and seclusion. There is a summer house and garden shed for storage. An established Wisteria takes pride of place on the main patio which leads off the kitchen.
To the side of the plot and access by a gate is a RENTED area of land that belongs to a neighbouring farmer - this 'peppercorn' rental may be offered to a subsequent owner of the Old Nags Head but would need to be separately arranged. Our owners presently use it as a vegetable garden.
The driveway gives off road parking and leads to the garage.
